Recently, Dustin tapped into his culinary creativity with some experimental grilling and smoking.  I must say, he produces tasty results.  Saturday, he prepared a new creation inspired by Primal Grill with Steven Raichlan.  Quite a site to behold IMG_0620he was, scurrying about, rummaging through cabinets, sautéing garlic, simmering sauces, making messes, and rubbing meat.  Intoxicating aromas of the wing sauce  wafted through the house, causing  our mouths to water all day.  Alas, reward came for our copious amounts of saliva; the wings were incredible!  Disastrous kitchen be damned, culinary glory was achieved.

  • For the Rub: Equal Parts of Lemon Pepper, Paprika and Salt
  • For the Wing Sauce:
  • Butter, melted in a skillet
  • Garlic Cloves (2) sautéed in the butter, then add the following ingredients:
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Ott’s Wing Sauce
  • Lemon Juice
  • Brown Sugar
  • Pepper
  • Crown Royal Reserve Whisky
